I found this Fork-it cook's fork and it works really well. It has broadly spaced tines and since I cook a lot is really handy for lifting the roast or boiled meats from the pan or stockpot to my bench. The handle is the same as the best chef's knives and complements my knives but really importantly is really nice to hold. The prongs are sharp, and this gives me great grip with the roast and makes carving a breeze. It works really well with large pieces of meat or say a turkey and I am going to get one more of these as a Christmas gift. It comes in a great gift-box and can be easily wrapped. The fork-it also comes with a free eBook of recipes. Mine arrived in 2 days from Amazon UK which is fabulous!
